Bjarne, because we can't see the details you can see it is hard to answer some 
of these questions.  Have you found any other examples of similar costumes?
 
The men's seems pretty straight forward Late or Post Elizabethan - I have seen 
lots of pictures similar.
But the woman's is rather unique ..... that would be the one where more 
examples will be helpful.
 
I will poke around on Bildindex to see if I can find anything else....
