The painting is by "Cossa", called "The Triumph of Venus", and was in 
the Schifanoia Palace, in Ferrara Italy, when used Elizabeth Birbari 
in "Dress in Italian Painting 1460-1500", published by John Murray in 
1975. I am sorry I cannot give an exact date to the painting, but you 
should have enough information there to find it.
