Looks like you'll need about 9 yards of material 60 inches wide for
that lovely (mixed period) confection...  :) And I agree with whoever
suggested true box pleats for that nice bodice detail.  Anything that
gives texture to an otherwise monochrome outfit is a happy thing--and
people will drool over those details (hopefully only figuratively!)
when they see it close-up.  Is it for stage, or for cosplay/ball
event/etc.?

Thanks also to those who posted URL for the Tudor knock-off--I hadn't
seen that one yet.  It makes a nice period-esque starting point for
those of us who can't draft worth beans, and are in a hurry...  :)
Except for the dipped waist, which is easily fixable, and a later Hood
billement mixed with a 1520s-1530s gown, that's actually rather nice!
