There is a detail of the back (unfortunately not the full back) in Embroidery in Britain 1200-1750 Part II: Post-Reformation by Santina Levey pg 145 Hali Annual 1
It is a 38 x 28 cm section of the back reduced to 15 x 14.5 cm. Unfortunately there is nothing to determine exactly where on the back it is. I can make out some stitch detail.
