No, but we can imagine! She's taking orders for Chinese takeout. Regarding the dress... I just noticed, on this 2nd viewing of this actually very interesting illustration, the servant (well half of him) in livery on the far right. The livery got me thinking (oh no!)... Remember in the film "Mrs Brown" how Victoria's ladies in waiting were bound by archaic dress codes and wore decades old hoops? Could the ladies in this illustration be bound by some archaic dress code at court. The hairstyles put them in the 1780's, but the Renaissance details....
