Well now you've got me curious! Are you willing to post some pictures? Sounds divine! My house is a vintage 1997... I love that it has good insulation and no electrical or plumbing problems, but it is a bit short in the charm department! It's so fun to look at real estate and see how people fix things up! We have been fixing our house up despite its newness (former forclosure - angry teenager punched 39 holes in the wall, multi-colored badly painted walls, that kind of thing).
