yes, I would like to use LinkedTable as read-only.

LINKED TABLE + VIEW solution seems to cause performance issue.
Am I right? In that case, I'd rather program My Application not to
depend on the
trailing spaces.

Anyway, I would be happy If I can specify
CHAR column value in WHERE clause such as 'test1          '
for Oracle LinkedTable as other DBs.
