I'm sorry but I don't have the time to write a test case to reproduce your problem. Could you provide a complete test case please? Just a simple test case, if possible a Java class that does everyhing (see below). You mail is detailed, however it's quite a lot of work to create a Java application from that description - and making sure I do follow your description exactly.
