Hi, indeed SHUTDOWN COMPACT solves the problem.
But again I think there is a problem with cleaning up temporary tables. To recon the effect I expanded both temp tables a little. Now if you run the test case you will finally see that the DB's size is 42 MB which is double the size than it should be (can be seen by opening and closing a conn once again).
