I'm also curious: 1) Why you hijacked somebody's else topic? The guy you did this to has a serious problem, not a simple question that may be answered by reading documentation.
2) Why haven't you read the documentation first? Per http://www.h2database.com/html/advanced.html: "If it is possible that the objects don't fit into memory, then the data type CLOB (for textual data) or BLOB (for binary data) should be used.
