AFAIK, there are some hidden headers defining the thread the email belongs to, so what you did simply could not work. Today about two hours ago (i.e., on 11-04-05 18:56 CEDT, GMT+0200) I replied to this topic by email but neither my answer is here nor I received it per email. Strange.
