Hi, Mixed case identifiers (for improved compatibility with MySQL and MS SQL Server) is on the list, and I will increase the priority. However, I don't have time yet to implement it, sorry. Thanks for the patch you provided, however I dont' think it will solve all the problems. With improved MySQL compatibility, you should be able to use the MySQL dialect of Hibernate, and you wouldn't need DATABASE_TO_UPPER.
But if you anyway use Hibernate, why don't you use the H2 dialect and H2 mode? Why do you need to use the MySQL mode?
