Maybe I should have been more specific: I use H2 dialect and H2 mode -
and what I wanted to achieve was using H2 dialect and mode with
mixed case enabled.

I need mixed case column names because I have an application that
allows customization based on column names as returned by
ResultSetMetaData.... and these names are mixed case for MySQL.

When I try to replace MySQL by H2, I need to maintain this mixed case
behaviour to prevent customer's customizations from breaking.

I also don't have the option of placing column names in double quotes
because this application has it's DDL generated by Hibernate.

>From my tests it seems that my application works quite well with H2 dialect
and H2 mode - except for this mixed case thing.
