Hi Edward, Please note there are two Sybase agents, one delivered by Sun and another delivered by Sybase. The Sun delivered Sybase agent should be available within the Solaris Cluster Express (SCX) deliveries, i.e.

Of particular interest maybe the changelog for the ohacds gate, i.e. http://opensolaris.org/os/community/ha-clusters/ohac/Documentation/Agents/ohacds_changelog/ where if you find "sybase" you will note the historic changes that have been made to the Sybase agent.
