Edward, The Sybase agent is not available in either source or freely redistributable binary form, so it is not part of the closed binaries. As Neil mentioned, it's available as part of the Solaris Cluster 3.2 product, or as part of Solaris Cluster Express release, which you can download and install following the instructions at http://opensolaris.org/os/community/ha-clusters/ohac/Documentation/SCXdocs/SCX/ However, note that those two releases have a more restrictive license.
