You reviewed that change last month :-) http://mail.opensolaris.org/pipermail/ha-clusters-discuss/2009-March/002212.html It just does a straight IPS import of each docs/l10n SVR4 package and adds name, description and legacy entries. Plus it now adds the loose package signature file.
