Hi Allen,

As far as I know, if you want to connect the same disk to more
than 2 nodes, the protocol to be used should be SCSI3

In your case you want to connect a disk to 3 nodes and hence
the QD should be using the SCSI3 protocol


You do not need to delete the whole cluster.
Just boot up nodes 1 and 2.
Then remove the quorum device.
Then boot up node 3 ( this was the node which was panicking)

After all the 3 nodes are up and formed a cluster, add the quorum device
again
