Anthony,

With Sun Cluster, if you do not pass a ctag name to sndradm, there is an
implication
that the tag name will be the name of a disk group.

For example, /dev/rdsk/md/dg/vol and /dev/vx/rdsk/dg/vol both indicate a disk
group name of dg.

Try adding "C local" to the end of your sndradm command.

See the man page for sndradm for discussion of the tag name.

Also, from http://docs.sun.com/source/819-6150-10/chap1.html

To access local devices, use the C local or -C local options as part of the
sndradm commands, or the
-C local option with iiadm commands. To access global devices, use the command
options C tag and -C
tag. (Typically, you do not need to specify the -C tag option as iiadm and
sndradm automatically
detect the disk device group.)

Regards,
Tom
