Yes, COMSTAR's LU provider supports SCSI 3 PGR, but this is a SCSI  
Target property.

HA iSCSI Clusters is an iSCSI Initiator side problem set, where not  
only is there a requirement for SCSI-3 PGR, but also HA support for  
the TCP/IP path between the iSCSI Initiator and iSCSI Target.
