Personally, I agree with dmondark.' While I like Kaspars' efforts I still think we need something which is truly _unique_ to Habari.
Invariably, that is going to mean we need some sort of icon. Almost all successful brands use an icon in combination with a typeface. (Whether that icon is hidden, such as with Fedex or overt like Firefox.) This design continues too feel somewhat "generic" – if we changed the text of the logo to "foobar" would you still know that we're talking about Habari? I doubt it. Perhaps we combine these efforts with a unique icon... For the record, I still don't love our current 'h logo' – but that's mostly just my personal design perspective. I actually liked those older bell logos which I saw in the archives. What ever happened to those? They seemed much more unique _and_ elegant (which is a key property of Habari).
