Supposedly it's not actually an 'h', it's some kind of little bell...
Personally, I don't see it. Besides, calling it "the 'h'" is easier than
calling it "the little bell thingy".

Your point about the WordPress logo is good, but I don't think anyone would
mistake us for simply copying them - the 'h' is pretty unique and has a lot
of character to it, it's not a simple 'H' in a circle.

Hopefully Owen or someone else can chime in with the story about the 'h'
here.
