The blogroll plugin has a tag that is compatible with Habari 0.5.2. You can
use that while you are running 0.5.2. You can check out the tagged version
from:
http://svn.habariproject.org/habari-extras/plugins/blogroll/tags/0.5-0.5-beta/

As for the Charcoal-$tag variable. This is actually an issue with 0.5.2 and
is already fixed in HEAD, r2695.
