While I broadly support the outline, I don't think we should be too rigid. If we manage to get taxonomy done and the autop fixed up and some really good test coverage, for example, we should feel free to release 0.7 without waiting for "theming refinements". If that means we go to 0.10 and 0.11 before 1.0, that's fine. -- Michael C.
