We talked about this a long, long time ago. It sounds terrific, but
the implementation details are complex.  There is a very high
likelihood that the default file permissions for a user's docroot
would not permit the Habari installer file to create new files and
directories, which means the user would need to change permissions
manually. At that point, they need an FTP client, or shell access, or
a control panel, and we're back to a complicated set of instructions.
