MW may well be a temporary fix but I don't believe fixing its
structure and encouraging new content will be wasted effort. Whatever
we move to, if we move, will benefit from work we do now on structure
and content.

Fundamentally, we can start working on content almost immediately (my
proposed changes can be done quite quickly). I don't think there is
currently wiki software out there that offers compelling reasons to
move.
