I agree on the community thing, as long as it doesn't get abused. I also
think it will take the community to keep in check that themes/plugins are
still clean and if not assist in removing from the list.

I was also thinking, with the different builds, would it make sense to have
the themes/plugins sorted by build that they work correctly for as well as
the current complete lists? /off-topic
