I've been considering a way that the directory could be self-policing, such that if a community member rated something highly (for security/functionality, not for aesthetics) that the rest of the community rated low, the weight of their ratings would be reduced.
I was also thinking, with the different builds, would it make sense to have the themes/plugins sorted by build that they work correctly for as well as the current complete lists? /off-topic
Well, I'd hope that it would be completely obvious that the wiki is not how we ultimately want to release plugins and themes. The plugin directory, when it's complete, should have this capability.
