Since we're trying to tackle the last couple of things we need to wrap up
before a 0.7 release, I was looking at the translations we ship with core and
their completeness on Launchpad.

Currently we ship: Danish (da), German (de), Japanese (ja), and Traditional
Chinese (zh-tw).

According to Launchpad, their completion stats are:

Danish 66% complete with 320 strings untranslated.
German 92% complete with 78 strings untranslated.
Japanese 61% complete with 366 strings untranslated.
Traditional Chinese 77% complete with 226 strings untranslated.

German would be a passable translation that we could probably get very quickly
fixed, assuming we wanted to get into making point releases for translation
updates, but none of the others seem in a state to be shipped with core.

We've also never done a particularly good job at updating the core translations
(their last update was 2 years ago, presumably with 0.6), so I think most
people who need them are familiar with grabbing the files off Launchpad and
putting them in their proper places. I know from activity we've seen on sites,
the lists, and in IRC that we have several German sites being run, so it makes
sense to me to continue supporting that translation in core, but I'm not sure
that we have enough activity from other locations to justify the rest.

FYI: the Italian translation is the only one at 100% completion on Launchpad
(and Spanish is not far behind at 91%).
