Plugin you mentioned is called wide enough - "OpenID", but it seems to only
provide a function of admin login via OpenID. And it's abandoned (is uses
outdated OpenID library and seems not to work properly with current version
of Habari, AFAIK).
I'm talking about  authentication of blog commentators via OpenID API (using
website field of a comment form). It's quite different task.
