It has plugins to display photos from various sources, or if you host on the same server, you could just create a page and add them to that. As for layouts, pages have the same look as the rest of the blog. You could have them be a little different, but you must know PHP, but that would render this question useless. Pagination is no big deal though, since should be simple throughMySQL, but It requires knowledge of the SQL language. However, I think there is a photo blog plugin that should help with the gallery.
