I really suggest Drupal, since that is more dedicated to full website CMS (I
have not fully used it though, just the live demo) and most plugins are
free, unlike Joomla. Habari is mainly just a blog CMS. MediaWiki can work
too, as that would be a bit easier for what you want.

positioned with posts/pages, not its own page, which guestbooks essentially
