I use PHPStorm but my copy is badly out of date. I know that the Habari Project has qualified for the OSP License program. I'm a Habari user but have yet to contribute to the project. I'm curious to hear the details of the OSPL (only certain versions? upgrades are included? expiration?) and also to hear the opinions of the core team (I realize that may be a nebulous group) regarding what it would take for a newcomer to "earn" the right to claim a gratis copy via the Habari Project's allotment. Of course I could buy a copy directly, but to me this seems like a nice motivator to start helping out.
