Not sure if this is related but on Windows XP using Firefox 3.0.3 (and
Chrome), the Habari local file silo doesn't list the standard 'Upload'
options or the contents of 'user/files' directory.

If you place a .htaccess in 'user/files' containing

<FilesMatch "\.deriv"> </FilesMatch>

the directory listing and options now appear and the silo is usable.
However, thumbnails are not displayed correctly (get a server error
301 - presumably as a consequence of the .htaccess.

The 'user/files' directory is present as are the '.deriv' subdirs
which do contain images.

Raised ticket 673.
