I owe you an apology. It transpires that you are fully conversant with
subversion, trac, HEAD etc and you have already re-opened ticket #673
once.

I can only assume you are speaking on behalf of other less enlightened
Habari users or being disingenuous when asking for a translation in
'English'.

PS. All the hacks (.htaccess, permission etc) were merely input to the
bug report in an effort to help developers diagnose and reproduce the
fault - not a serious proposal to address the issue.
