Habari's translations are done on Launchpad ( https://translations.launchpad.net/habari ). The French translation appears to be complete as of 2010-02-01, so it should be up to date except for new strings that haven't been incorporated into the translation file, yet. That would be the best place to get it.I believe you'll need to create an account on Launchpad in order to download the file.
