No, Habari isn't dead. Things are slow at the moment because a few key
people have been busy with other things. Speaking for myself, I expect
to start working on Habari again in the next month.

0.6.4 was released in February, and we're definitely overdue for a
release. Trunk was merged with the makaanga (release branch) not too
long ago, and there's been some work to whittle away the <a
href="trac.habariproject.org/habari/report/14">tickets for 0.7</a>.
People still care.
