Ok, the problem is going to be with the twitter plugin zip file. For some reason the backend code has created a 0.6-0.15 zip of the trunk code instead of using the 0.6 tag.
That said, you won't be able to use the twitter plugin at the moment anyway as it has not been updated to include OAuth support yet. When I get a chance, I'll update it.
