All right, I just uploaded here at work, and *BAM* it works. When I tried at home, from my laptop it failed. Weird, very weird. Well that is one and a half problem gone! The Menu I will manually insert in the header.php and the Blogroll works, and now only the Twitter plugin, but Collin will update that when he has the time, right? The adding to the blogroll only produces a . and nothing more.
