I experienced the same thing for about a day, and what was weird, was it was only in Firefox 4. I was able to log in with Chrome, Safari and Camino. Came back a day later, was able to log in fine in FF4. I'm not exactly sure where I was in versions, I was on trunk and it was before .7 release.
I've not experienced it since.
