Taken from the new wiki page, SiteMailingListType on OpenDecisions. We need to decide what features to give sites in a mailing list. Ideally we would have all types of moderation or lack thereof and archives on the site. However, a quick and dirty announce type list should be relatively easy to make and get the job done. If we want all the feature we should interface with a external mailing list manager, any recomendations? Should we plan on building both and one won't be on sites for a bit?
