yes, I did update the CPLD, one by one with the other two powered off.
I noticed something really strange,
hackrf_transfer can identify the three devices with the -d option, however it
is not identifying individual device whenever I run osmocom_fft with -a option
or run gnuradio-companion, below is a screen capture with gnuradio-companion.

out the serial numbers of all the HackRF devices it finds - and indicate if
it's a match or it's skipping it based on the serial number you provided. Note,
I'm assuming you upgraded libhackrf when you upgraded the firmware and the
