either way with sudo or not, I got this error,
rock@rock-machine:~$ pybombs -p rockprefix install gnuradio gr-osmosdr
PyBombs.Packager.pip - ERROR - Could not run pip list. Hm.
PyBombs.Packager.pip - ERROR - Command '['pip', 'list']' returned non-zero exit
status 2
and if I run pip list, I got this (error in the end)

Why run pybombs as root it will ask for sudo when it needs access, other
than that it will install everything in your home area I think the
default used to be target.
