I have found some interesting telemtry streams:
Observation: Some modules have normal LOC streams, but churn streams have 
near 0 values.
Story: Not everyone has configured "C:\cvs-repository\cvsnt" as one of their 
workspace root.

So, please check your workspace root configuration, and make sure workspace 
roots are correct.
