This is the only part I'd like to modify. I agree we don't need an XML file. However, one of my goals for this page is to allow people who aren't affiliated with the project to get a sense for how telemetry works. So, I think that the page shouldn't be a bunch of charts squished together, because people will look at that, not understand it, and not gain any insight about telemetry from it. However, if each chart contains maybe a paragraph or so of 'introductory' text to explain what the chart is intended for, then the page will be much more impressive to the new Hackystat user.

What I propose is that you guys come up with a set of maybe a dozen charts
at various time scales that have the potential to be interesting, and then
write a paragraph of "intro" about each chart and what to look for.  The
image files associated with each paragraph, and thus the actual chart
contents, would be replaced each day.
