These are junit failures within the hackyInstaller module. I suspect that they result from the fact that this configuration contains no sensor installer definitions, and some unit tests expect at least one installer to be defined. We need the installer tests to complete successfully, even in the case where there are no sensor installer definitions in the configuration.
Julie/Austen/James: please reproduce these errors (comment out all <module>.available definitions except for hackyKernel.available and hackyInstaller.available and then run ant -q freshStart deploySoap junitAll) and then rewrite the unit tests that depend upon at least one sensor installer to be available to check first that at least one is defined before proceeding. If no definitions are available, then it should pass.
