[ http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HADOOP-720?page=comments#action_12453695 ] Doug Cutting commented on HADOOP-720: -------------------------------------
The site sources are under src/site. The directory structure there is Forrest's default, with page sources in src/site/src/documentation/content/xdocs. The pages are re-generated by running forrest while connected to src/site. They're produced in src/site/build, and then hand-copied to src/site. This process could certainly be improved, but that's the way it works today. > Write a white paper on Hadoop File System Architecture, Design and Features > --------------------------------------------------------------------------- > > Key: HADOOP-720 > URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HADOOP-720 > Project: Hadoop > Issue Type: Improvement > Components: documentation > Reporter: dhruba borthakur > Assigned To: dhruba borthakur > Attachments: HadoopArchitecture.html, HadoopArchitecture_v2.doc, > HadoopArchitecture_v2.htm > > > Write a white paper on Hadoop File System Architecture, Design and Features. -- This message is automatically generated by JIRA. - If you think it was sent incorrectly contact one of the administrators: http://issues.apache.org/jira/secure/Administrators.jspa - For more information on JIRA, see: http://www.atlassian.com/software/jira
