Somehow yesterday I didn't manage to re-indent quite all the files.  I'm not 
sure what happened.  I've attached a patch of what would happen if I re-indent 
things now.  Should I go ahead and do this?

Some files are really badly indented, others only indent parameters in the 
"eclipse" style, described above.
