okay, i will keep only the most recent 5 releases on the releases page. as for
the news stuff: what would you like added/removed/changed? let me know and
i'll make the change.

is project root /, or /trunk? and what is a "patch"--i.e. what is the best way
to submit my altered content so that it is ready to be submitted to the
codebase?
