Couple of comments on patch B:
+ The public HTable.deleteAll methods needs javadoc (Whats there is not
javadoc).
+ The javadoc in HRegionInterface looks like it was copy/pasted (I think your
patch will fail in the javadoc validation up on hudson). Same in HRegion.
