At least on debian, "-rfakeroot" is assumed unless you want something
else (sudo, <plug>fakeroot-ng</plug> or whatever).
And if I skip the tinker stage, build is 100% sure to succeed.
Let's agree on "higher than 98%", so that we do not introduce
unnecessary and unjustified hubris.
